Clean foods tend to be calorically less dense and more filling. You will need to eat a lot of them to get big. You eat your way through it, chico. You make very specific plans. You cook up a lot of quality food and keep them handy. The other 5-10 percent won’t make or break you so enjoy it. If that means pizza and Pepsi for a night, fire away. If that means skipping a meal because you need a break from eating, enjoy your toothpick.
